2-2 Rights and Privileges of Members

All faculty members have the right and privilege of attending all meetings (Senate Meetings and All-Faculty Meetings).

All faculty members have the right and privilege to speak and debate at meetings.

Regular faculty have the right to vote for Senate elections.

Regular faculty can serve on the Senate and its standing committees, including joint standing committees of the Faculty and Board of Trustees.

Part-time faculty, adjunct faculty, academic leaders, key leaders of major affiliates, and emeriti faculty may not vote in Senate elections and may not serve on the Senate.
