Article 4 - The Senate

The Senate shall be the representative body to conduct the business of the Faculty. The Senate members include the elected officers and the elected or appointed members of the Standing Committees. The Senate shall report its proceedings to the Faculty on a timely basis, shall distribute in advance its schedule of meetings, and shall inform the Faculty of significant issues coming before it.
