MFCC 6306 Play Therapy

Students will learn to incorporate play therapy interventions to effectively work with children and families. This course provides the philosophical foundations for play therapy, including a review of play therapy's history, various theoretical perspectives, therapeutic stages, ethical issues, and the application of play therapy techniques to a variety of populations and diagnostic categories.
