SABR-917 Ireland-S.H. Study Abroad Program
Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland and Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT) in Athlone, Ireland are pleased to offer a summer study abroad program specially designed for all HCC students that are part scholars and honors programs. Participants will study for one week at HCC. On the second week, students will travel to Ireland where they will spend 10 days between Dublin and Athlone. The course will cover the culture and history of Ireland from ancient times to the present and will involve numerous excursions to important historical sites. Students will have the opportunity to earn three HCC credits for HIST-215 (Celtic Ireland). (May 28- June 11, 2013)
