Reappointment of Non-Voting Faculty

  1. Reappointment of non-voting faculty shall be based on the following criteria:
    1. Current curriculum vitae
    2. A brief justification from the dean or director on reappointing the non-voting faculty
  2. In the December preceding the end of the non-voting faculty member’s appointment period the Office of the Provost will notify the dean or director of the upcoming non-voting faculty appointment renewals.
  3. The dean or director shall write a brief memo indicating the length of reappointment and send to the Provost.
  4. The Provost will review the memo, approve or reject it, and notify the non-voting faculty member and the dean or director of the decision.
