Language and Literacy Education, M.Ed.

This program is designed for students interested in studying, designing and implementing transformative approaches for language arts instruction in classrooms and libraries.

In addition to National College of Education Graduate Admissions Requirements, applicants must:

• Have a valid Professional Educator License
• Pass the Test of Academic Proficiency (TAP) or ISBE approved alternative

Note: RLL 520 must be taken for 3 semester hours.

Reading Electives - 10 SH

Choose 10 SH of RLL, RLR or RLW graduate courses with advisor approval. No workshops will be accepted.
