Applied Communications, B.A.

NLU’s Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communications degree is designed to prepare graduates to work in the field of communications or to communicate better in any professional field. Offered in both fully-online and blended modalities, enriched with a series of face-to-face workshops, the program is appropriate for traditional-aged learners and working-adults alike.

Program Details:

  • Requires 180 QH, including 60 QH of General Education, for completion 
  • Requires a minimum grade of “C” in all major courses as well as ENG 101 and ENG 201
  • Credit for Prior Learning may be accepted for general education, elective credit and as determined appropriate by the faculty, toward major requirements 
  • Credit by examination and portfolio are accepted for general education and elective credit
