This course prepares students to enter into entry level IT support and networking careers by building skills around managing tickets, troubleshooting, escalating, and providing excellent customer service - all while applying knowledge gained in previous CCNA courses. In addition, students will rigorously prepare for the CCNA exam by taking practice tests, analyzing their results, and creating and following individualized study plans. Students will also learn a variety of test taking and studying strategies in preparation for the CCNA certification exam. Pre-requisite(s): CCNA 210 and CCNA 302.
