This course introduces students to the University of Portland Leadership Certification Program.  During this course students explore what it means to be a leader using the Common Leadership Vocabulary, assess and understand their strengths, explore several leadership theories, and create a personalized leader development action plan with a leader coach. Fee: $250.

This one credit course is the experiential component of the University of Portland’s Leadership Certification Program.  During this course a leader coach guides each student along his or her journey consisting of three (3) Leader ‘L’ designated practice opportunities with a mentor, and six (6) leadership ‘L’ integration assignments. Fee: $750.
