A broad-based liberal education is the foundation of the general education core. The courses related to the major offer students the opportunity to explore various business disciplines and skills, learn technology common in the business environment, and focus on such areas as accounting, international business, economics, business ethics, and entrepreneurship. Successful completion of this business curriculum will prepare students to engage in the higher levels of study in many areas of business in a four-year baccalaureate program.
