North Carolina Community College Childcare Assistance Program
The North Carolina General Assembly allocates funds each year to community colleges to assist qualified student-parents with child care expenses. The main purpose of child care assistance is to increase access to child care for low-income student-parents to enable the continuation of their post-secondary education.
Students interested in receiving Child Care Assistance should complete the FAFSA and the Child Care Application available on the Financial Aid webpage or through the Financial Aid Office in Hildebrand Hall. Funding is limited and awarded on a first come, first served basis.
