MECH 220 Quality Control for Manufacturing Technicians
This course provides an introduction to basic quality assurance components as they apply to a manufacturing environment. Students will learn basic engineering principles and technical skills in support of engineers and other professionals engaged in maintaining consistent manufacturing standards. Students will also be introduced to quality tools, basic statistics and control charts, blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, measurements, problem solving, and system auditing.
