5-6 Ad Hoc Committees

An ad hoc committee is a temporary committee formed on the recommendation of the Senate or a standing committee to carry out a charge for which no standing committee is responsible. Members of an ad hoc committee shall be appointed by the body that forms the committee. An ad hoc committee reports back to the body that formed it. The term of an ad hoc committee shall be specified at the time the committee is formed.
