CAR 204 Leadership Skills Seminar

Leadership Skills Seminar is designed to help you build, practice, and document core leadership and career-readiness skills you can use across school, work, and life. Across the course, you will learn and grow in the AU leadership skills- communication, reliability, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking. You will complete skill assessments and reflections, participate in live class meetings and accountability groups, meet individually with a coach, and build a professional career portfolio (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, interviewing, and elevator pitch). Your learning culminates in a presentation, where you synthesize and present your growth in leadership skills and career readiness.
