CAR 295H Honors Global Collaborative Research

Honors Global Collaborative Research is a hybrid course that is designed to guide students to work in teams to examine their own positionality while exploring community-based sustainability issues in local and global contexts. Students engage in a decolonized research process, including hearing directly from and collaborating with local and international community partners. Students build critical employment skills, such as intercultural communication, teamwork, and self-reflection, develop global competence, and obtain a deeper understanding of the issues and the communities that are served.
