ESM 433 Natural Resource Economics
An examination of the economic concepts and theories for analyzing natural resource use and related environmental pollution, including the economics of sustainability. Discussion of renewable
and nonrenewable natural resource issues in the Pacific Northwest and policy alternatives.
Also offered for graduate-level credit as ESM 533; this is the same course as Ec 433 and may be taken only once for credit. Recommended prerequisite: Ec 201.
