HA-626 Optimizing Healthcare's Most Important Asset: Human, Team, and Organizational Development

Prerequisites: HAH-620, HAH-630, HA-625, HA-631. This course provides learners with an overview of key practices and tools of human and organizational development: planning, job design, recruitment, selection, orientation, feedback, assessment, recognition, and compensation, benefits and rewards. Learners explore theories, models and practices of individual and organizational development, productivity measurement and improvement, team member satisfaction and engagement, and change management. They revisit, at a deeper level, the concepts of individual and team emotional intelligence and ways leaders promote these characteristics in individuals, teams, organizations, and systems.
