d. Failure to Meet Deadline

In the event the committee has not received all necessary portfolio components by the deadline specified in the Timetable and Process of Promotion, the committee shall not act on the candidate’s portfolio and shall consider the application to have been withdrawn. Under extenuating circumstances, the AUL/D or dean may petition the committee for deadline extension.
