4-4 Reference Committee
(a) Composition
(i) The Reference Committee shall be comprised of the Officers of the Faculty (i.e., Chair, Chair-elect and Clerk).
(b) Roles and Responsibility
(i) All Faculty business of the Senate and the Faculty shall be directed to the Reference Committee. The Reference Committee will for review, format, and place items on the agenda as appropriate according to the Standing Rules.
(ii) The Reference Committee will serve as the committee to review the minutes of the Senate.
(iii) The Reference Committee will develop and distribute an annual calendar of Senate, Standing Committees, and Faculty meetings, based on the timeline identified in the Standard Annual Calendar.
