4.15 Accommodations

Students who require accommodations during class, examinations, or clinic must have on file a current Accommodations Form with the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS). The Student Services Administrator for OSAS will notify the course instructor of the accommodations and will coordinate to make those accommodations available. Requesting accommodations is the responsibility of the student, and the student must follow all procedures requested by the Student Services Administrator for OSAS.
