4.4 Course Exemptions
In general, exemptions are not granted except in rare circumstances as deemed appropriate by the Graduate Certificate Program Director and faculty of record for the course for which an exemption is requested. If granted an exemption for a course, the
student may need to take an appropriate alternate course. The student must meet with the Graduate Certificate Program Director to discuss alternative to taking the course. However, the student will still be required to complete the 15 or 20 study credits by course options.
