ECO 200 Macroeconomics for Today’s Professional
This course provides an overview of macroeconomics and microeconomics and an understanding of how individuals, firms, and the government make decisions. It also explains how the market economic system works. Additionally, this course examines management decisions under different market structures and the impact of government intervention on markets. Finally, this course discusses gross domestic product and national income, inflation, unemployment, economic growth and business cycles, and the impact of fiscal and monetary policies on the economy. Laboratory course is required for Pathways students. Pre-requisite(s): MTH 100 or equivalent. Co-requisite(s): ECO 200L. 5 quarter hours
