OBD 215 Leadership in the Workplace
This course is an introduction to practical, real-life ways to connect the concepts of leadership to the world of work. Students learn how to be subject-matter experts in their field and have a comprehensive understanding of how the workplace operates. Students examine workplace success with an emphasis on decision-making, organization of operations, affecting change regardless of title, and how to succeed on a team. Laboratory course is required for Pathways students. Pre-requisite(s): Completion of necessary courses leading to the culminating capstone experience, or at the discretion of the program director. Co-requisite(s): OBD 215L. 5 quarter hours
