LAS209 Constitutional Law and Criminal Justice

This course is an introduction to the United States Constitution with an emphasis on criminal justice. Topics include, but are not limited to, failure of the Articles of Confederation, Federalism, limits on state and federal power, seperation of powers to limit authority, structure, the rights of government, and the rights of citizens.Prerequisite(s): None.
