CIW508 School Health Education

This course is designed to provide health educators with the ability to be able to defend and describe a coordinated school health program. This course will provide the tools necessary to implement the program within the school setting. It is also designed to provide health educators with knowledge and awareness of both the National and State Standards in health education. Candidates will critique pre-written health curricula to determine their usability. Prerequisite(s): None. 3 semester hours
