MGT201 Career Evaluation and Planning

This course will guide students to evaluate themselves and the vocational landscape in order to develop a career and/or career change plan that will lead to career advancement. The course will have the students examine their interests, skills, work history, education, and physical capacities to identify transferrable skills to occupations within their interests, skills, education, and physical capacities. It will also guide the students into how to search the labor market in order to find potential employers. This course will also prepare students to interview for positions. Prerequisite(s): None.
