ACL547 Adult Learning in Groups

Explores the theory and practice of group development and creating learning communities. Collaborative learning and developing optimal work teams are emphasized. Attention is given to group roles and relationships, communication dynamics, decision making strategies, diversity, conflict management and the role of power in groups. Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing is required. ACL540 or program director approval. 3 semester hours
